Package org.eclipse.rse.ui.validators

Interface Summary
ISystemValidator Our validators need to support querying max length, for generic rename dialogs.
ISystemValidatorUniqueString This interface is implemented by any validator that does uniqueness checking.
IValidatorRemoteSelection On remote selection dialogs, you can pass an implementation of this interface to validate that it is ok to enable the OK button when the user selects a remote object.

SystemNumericVerifyListener A class that only allows keys representing numeric values to be entered.
ValidatorArchiveName  
ValidatorConnectionName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a connection alias name.
ValidatorFactory This class constructs validators for various bits of the user interface.
ValidatorFileName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a name that eventually needs to become a file on disk.
ValidatorFilterName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for filter name.
ValidatorFilterPoolName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for filter name.
ValidatorFilterString This class is used in dialogs that prompt for filter strings.
ValidatorFolderName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a name that eventually needs to become a folder.
ValidatorIntegerInput For editable numeric properties.
ValidatorIntegerRangeInput For editable integer numbers that must be within a certain range to be valid
ValidatorLocalPath This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a local directory path.
ValidatorLongInput For editable large numeric properties.
ValidatorLongRangeInput For editable long numbers that must be within a certain range to be valid
ValidatorPathName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a name that eventually needs to become a folder path.
ValidatorPortInput For editable port number properties.
ValidatorProfileName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a profile name.
ValidatorRemoteSelection On remote selection dialogs, you can pass an instance of this class to validate that it is ok to enable the OK button when the user selects a remote object.

ValidatorSourceType This class is used to verify a user-entered source type.
ValidatorSpecialChar This class is used in dialogs that prompt for string, where the string is not allowed to content special characters, as supplied to this class.
ValidatorSystemName This class is used in dialogs that prompt for an alias name.
ValidatorUniqueString This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a string that has to be unique.
ValidatorUserId This class is used in dialogs that prompt for a userId.
