Listener for property changes.

Usage:

 IPropertyChangeListener listener =
   new IPropertyChangeListener() {
      public void propertyChange(PropertyChangeEvent event) {
         ... // code to deal with occurrence of property change
      }
   };
 emitter.addPropertyChangeListener(listener);
 ...
 emitter.removePropertyChangeListener(listener);
