public class ScrollBar
extends Figure

Provides for the scrollbars used by the ScrollPane. A ScrollBar is made up of five essential Figures: An 'Up' arrow button, a 'Down' arrow button, a draggable 'Thumb', a 'Pageup' button, and a 'Pagedown' button.
