Chapter29.Application Guide for Migrates

Francis Giannaros

KDE has many applications, often prefixed with (or containing) the letter k. The names are generally self-explanatory, but it can still be difficult sometimes to find the appropriate packages. Migrates from operating systems such as Microsoft Windows or Apple Macintosh might have some difficulty in locating an application for a particular job. Below is a table with an expansion on the K menu and the respective Win/Mac equivalent.
