Creating and configuring a plug-in project

For this example, we create and configure a plug-in project named pluginProject.

  1. Follow the instructions in Creating a plug-in project to create a plug-in project named pluginProject that uses an Eclipse version of 3.1 or above.
  2. Add the org.eclipse.ui plug-in as a required plug-in as explained in Dependencies page.
