You can completely ignore this attribute. Don't use it for anything.

You will occasionally see NATURALSIZEFLAG when you view the code of some documents. This attribute is used internally by a (now defunct) program called PageMill, a popular HTML editor. NATURALSIZEFLAG has no meaning otherwise, and you don't need to use it for anything.
