Description:
This extension point is used to locate new servers on the local or remote machines.

id - specifies a unique identifier for this extension point

class - specifies the fully qualified name of the Java class that implements ServerLocatorDelegate.
Server locator instances of this type will delegate to instances of this class.

supportsRemoteHosts - true if the server supports remote server support, and false if only local servers are supported

typeIds - a comma separated list of server type ids. May include wildcards (*) at the end of an id
