Start the Printer Manager from the main menu ( Utilities Printing Printing Manager ).

Click Administrator Mode and enter your root password.

In the display field showing the list of available printers, select the printer to modify.

Right-click and select Configure.

Modify the properties in the configuration dialog then click OK.
