4.12. Subversion (SVN) GUI client (optional)

Along with the traditional command-line client, several GUI clients are available for a number of platforms, see

If you are working with both command line and GUI clients, keep the Subversion program versions in sync, at least the major/minor versions (e.g. 1.4).

4.12.1. UNIX or Win32 Cygwin: rapidSVN, subcommander

Cygwin doesn't provide any GUI client for Subversion.

4.12.2. Win32 native: TortoiseSVN

A good Subversion client for Win32 can be found at: It will nicely integrate into the Windows Explorer window.
