9.3.10 Copy a music CD to CD-R

Not tested by me:

     # apt-get install cdrecord cdparanoia
     # cdparanoia -s -B
     # cdrecord dev=0,0,0 speed=2 -v -dao -eject defpregap=1 -audio *.wav

or,

     # apt-get install cdrdao #disk at once
     # cdrdao read-cd --device /dev/cdrom --paranoia-mode 3 my_cd # read cd
     # cdrdao write --device /dev/cdrom --speed 8 my_cd # write a new CD

cdrdao does a real copy (no gaps, etc...).
